Your Pathway to Leadership
Opportunities Beyond the Fellowship
The TEP Leadership Fellowship is more than just a program; it’s a launchpad for your future. Upon completion, fellows gain access to continued leadership roles within TEP, professional references, and mentorship. You’ll connect with organizations and networks aligned with your goals, receive guidance in identifying future opportunities, and potentially secure hiring or contract roles if funding permits.
Selection Process
Our fellows are chosen through a comprehensive process that includes open interest, nominations, and direct selection by TEP leadership. We prioritize individuals who demonstrate a strong commitment to our values, leadership potential, and a dedication to anti-racist practices. Special consideration is given to Disabled and/or BIPOC 2TIGE individuals, ensuring our fellowship reflects our commitment to equity and inclusion.
Criteria for Selection
Applicants are evaluated based on their demonstrated commitment, reliability, and alignment with TEP’s mission. We seek individuals who have shown initiative and follow-through in their community involvement, ensuring they are ready to take on leadership roles.
Priorities in Selection
Priority is extended to those who embody the spirit of our fellowship: a commitment to anti-racist practice and a passion for empowering marginalized communities. We aim to uplift voices that have been historically underrepresented, with a focus on Disabled and/or BIPOC 2TIGE individuals.
